Dear Rob,

Some readers may wonder about Fiscal Dynamics, Inc., the investment company I founded and your office subsequently sued for Consumer Protection Act violation claims.

This is a riot! Is that a voice-dub or did they really use the company Fiscal Dynamics, Inc. in the show? Rockford Files, that was a neat show too!!

The clip is from the show, but they must have had some issue with the initial name because they’ve clearly dubbed Fiscal Dynamics in there.

And yes, that’s where I got the name for my company.
