Rob, The Bounty Hunter?

"Fifty?" one said, "Heck, I got seventy five thousand out of that guy!"

Dear Rob,

Performance based bonuses?

I wonder if that’s such a good thing in light of the position your AAGs are in.

Rob the Bounty Hunter

Earlier, I requested details of your performance management program to discover how it works, but the information I received wasn’t really what I was looking for.

So, I’ll ask you directly . . .

Within your firm, does the criteria for which performance is judged and bonuses are paid include consideration for restitutions collected?

bounty hunting

At my former partner’s deposition, where AAG’s were bragging about the restitution plays they’d put together, it seemed they looked upon these settlement agreements as trophies and were keen on making sure their numbers were right.

“Fifty?” one said, “Heck, I got seventy five thousand out of that guy!”

That sort of thing.

Seems a little weird.

If true, would it not lead to AAG’s doing whatever it takes to cram settlements down business owners’ throats (warranted or otherwise), knowing there’s a bonus coming their way for pulling it off?

And if true, isn’t that a lot like bounty hunting?

What’s the bounty on my head?

give it back?

Also, when Monte Kline’s judgment was reversed and your Consumer Protection Act violation claims got tossed out, (resulting in what is believed to be a million dollar loss of taxpayer funds) did the AAGs involved in the case, including former AAG Cheryl Kringle, return their bonuses?

Seems only fair.

Nice Photoshop work Joe and how appropriate you use Dog as your canvas considering the AG’s and AAG’s behavior. Serial dogs it seems as well.

I think Rob may need a bit more experience.

The AAG’s want the bounty & another notch on the gunbelt, even if they outnumber & shoot Business People in the back!
