    Uh oh! It looks like someone is being misleading again. In the fairness of full disclosure they should state: “If your house is sold at auction this way, you will receive absolutely nothing from the sale because the city treasurer will never contact you about the overage amount and hope you never file for the amount so they can add it to their coffers.” Tsk tsk people, I think the AG might find more money in bank fraud and mortgage brokers making $15,000 on little old ladies refinancing their homes than in what is going to make the Washington AG the laughing stock of the town. They picked the wrong guy, next time, you should pick the guy that’s guilty.

    For a guy who is a foreclosure investor, you sure seem to find yourself in foreclosure a lot. Whattsup with that?
