Wow, I wonder if saying I work for a non-existent chimp, and saying "no foolin'" is proof positive this postcard is 100% deceptive?
Dear Rob,
That Bobo is at it again, sending out what AAG Jim Sugarman will certainly say are “unfair and deceptive” postcards.
And do you know why they’re deceptive?
Psssst . . . between you and me (and please keep this under your hat), there is no Bobo. He’s just a figment of my imagination.
The postcard
Here’s his latest postcard . . .
-
BOBO BUYS REAL ESTATE
No foolin’ . . . I work for a chimp.
And at this very moment Bobo is on a mission to buy up every piece of property he can swing (he’s asked me to check to see if you’re interested in selling yours).
Condition doesn’t matter. He’ll look at unbuildable lots, wetlands, junkyards or pretty much anything you’ve got. Of course, nice properties are okay, too.
He’s paying cash (or bananas – your choice) and closing in 72 hrs. So, don’t wait a minute longer. Call Bobo right now and get that property out of your hair today!

What’s another $2 mil among friends?
Wow, I wonder if saying I work for a non-existent chimp, and saying “no foolin’” is proof positive this postcard is 100% deceptive?
I’m sending out at least a thousand of them, so feel free to add another two million dollars onto what I owe the state for my unfair and deceptive actions.
And, why do I think you probably will?
Because from what I’ve seen . . . your office is crazy enough to do just that.
In the arena,
Joe Kaiser

So what exactly has the tab risen to these days? Do you even know? Whatever it is, you’ve got to admit that’s a lot of bananas! Incidentally, let us know how Bobo makes out on this mailing, OK?

Based on the tone of the last couple posts, it seems you are rapidly building toward some sort of final crescendo, Joe.
I won’t ask the ‘what, how, when, where’ of it. I’ll just sit back, watch and wait.
I’m sure Bobo will have a front row seat. Hope he isn’t fond of tossing his spent banana peels over his shoulder. They’ll just be landing in our collective laps as we are seated behind him anxiously awaiting the outcome.
Down in front , Bobo!
Mark

FYI:
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2008043310_foreclose100.html
excerpt:
“Foreclosure filings up nearly 70% in state.
Washington state foreclosures were up 69 percent last month compared with the previous June and up almost 10 percent from May, as the mortgage meltdown continues, despite governmental and private efforts to help struggling homeowners.
”
We’ll have to see how the trend plays out over the coming months, Is it true that the State legislature doesn’t meet again until January for a chance to repeal HB2791?
