Oral Argument Hearing Scheduled

Joe Kaiser

The oral argument portion of the appeal in The State of Washington v. Kaiser, et al, has been scheduled for September 9th, 2010.

It’s a 10 minute per side hearing, so there’s not a lot that can be argued in that time. Still, I’m looking forward to the chance to participate and perhaps make a salient point or two along the way.

Have to admit . . . it’s been a long and difficult road and will be glad to get this part done.

Joe, Glad to hear it. Hope for a decision that reflects a rational interpretation of the laws for once. Also hope the AG gets it crammed up his…… oh well you know what I mean.

As to the pic…. did you enter witsec? B-)

Thanks all. I hesitated a little with that photo thinking it might be too much to stomach.

The last few years as the AG’s foreclosure whipping boy has definitely had a psychological and physical impact, along with bringing on more than an assortment of other issues.

    It does take a toll.

With that being said . . . we’ll just have to see how it all ends. Besides, I don’t want to frighten him.

    Like a fine wine…

Give ‘em hell and hopefully they are not in the bag for the gov’t.

Hope you prevail in what has been a long and high cost fight.

Will be thinking about you as we approach the 9th.

Been following along here all this time and admire your persistance and fortitude. Having been involved in lawsuits, albeit minor in compaison to your saga, I understand how it can takle over your life and bank account.

Wishing you all the best. Frankly, it seems like 3 minutes of bullet points would suffice to make someone understand your point of view. But of course we would have thought that years ago…

2 days and counting. I’m sure you will.. but please do keep us posted. Good luck. This sort of thing ie morons running loose in the government is why people come to hate the government. I am amazed that you have been able to battle it as long as have. Hoping for a positive outcome.

Joe – I hope you get a haircut and shave before the hearing. You don’t want to walk in there looking like the unabomber. Go get em!
