BBB Northwest Region – 11 Complaints
That means in all of Alaska, Washington, and Oregon, 11 complaints were received by the BBB for the year in question.
Dear Rob,
I happened to discover the Better Business Bureau’s Aug 07 article about the so-called foreclosure rescue scam epidemic, and although it isn’t broken down by state, they do confirm claims have been made in “almost all 50 states.”
Almost?
Hmmm . . .
But what about in our area?

Oh Eric, you putz
Dear Rob,
Have you seen what Eric Dunn is passing around?
He’s created a continuing legal education package called, “Fighting Predatory Lending in Washington.” Well, at least he and his partner have, both of them being listed as authors of the CLE materials.
I called Eric and asked about it, leaving a voice mail. That was a couple days ago and he’s never called back . . . and I’m done waiting.
