Figured Out the Problem
There's no scenario your office deems fair where I or any other investor has made a profit having transacted with someone in foreclosure.

I think I figured out the problem . . .
We’ve sort of shifted our focus to foreclosure rescue fraud, because that’s where con artists can make a living. They don’t have the inflated values anymore. So now if you’re looking to make your fortune in real estate, you have to find new ways to exploit people, and we’re seeing that in foreclosure rescue scams.— AAG David W. Huey
