James J. Volk, dead
And three years later King County Treasurer Phil Sanders confiscated the funds.
Dear Rob,
Jim Volk passed away earlier this month.
He was in his mid-eighties and had no family, but he did have a few friends who took good care of him when he needed it most. He died penniless.
Well, not quite penniless . . .

This just in, HB 2791 Sucks
Washington's attorney general Rob McKenna said the idiots (my word, not his) sneaked "real estate brokers/agents" in to this legislation under cover of darkness the eve before voting on this legislation

These foreclosure rescue ‘white knights’ aren’t in it for anything else than their own self-interest, and we should probably put them out of business.Sen. Brian Weinstein, D-Mercer Island
Chairman of the Senate Consumer Protection Committee.
There’s more . . .

Angels or Devils?
Dear Rob,
M. C. Escher, the amazing 20th Century artist (you’ve seen his works before, Drawing Hands – 1948, and Relativity – 1953) created the woodcut pictured above – Angels and Devils.
What do you see?
